What BallBet is.
BallBet.AI (“BallBet,” “we,” “us”) is a sports analytics platform that publishes Monte Carlo simulations of Major League Baseball prop bets. We do not take, place, settle, or accept bets. We are not a sportsbook. The Service provides modeled probabilities, edge calculations, and historical data so you can make better-informed decisions elsewhere.
Eligibility & accounts.
Age & jurisdiction requirements.
You must be at least 21 years old to use BallBet. The Service is currently available to residents of the United States. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your state and jurisdiction regarding sports betting and analytical tools.
Account registration.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
One account per user.
Each individual may maintain only one BallBet account. Duplicate, shared, or commercial-resale accounts may be terminated.
Subscription plans & billing.
Available plans.
Free: limited daily simulations, read-only Edge Board, public Calibration. Pro: $19/month or $159/year (save ~30%) — unlimited simulations, full Pitch Mix Matchup, query presets, tracker. Edge: $59/month or $499/year — Pro features plus live in-game re-sim, custom Comp Lab feature weights, per-play calibration. Pricing is in U.S. dollars and may change with 30 days' notice.
Auto-renewal.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless canceled before renewal. We will email you 7 days before annual renewals.
Price changes.
We may change prices for new subscribers at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes apply starting the next renewal period after 30 days' notice via email.
Taxes.
Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g., state sales tax). Stripe calculates and adds taxes at checkout based on your billing address.
Payment processing.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card number. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for current and future amounts due.
Free trials.
We may offer a 7-day free trial on Pro and Edge plans for first-time subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial. To avoid charges, cancel before the trial ends — your access continues through the trial period. After the trial, you will be charged the then-current rate and auto-renewal begins.
Cancellation & refunds.
How to cancel.
Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing, or by emailing support@ballbet.ai. You retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Refund policy.
We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period or for partial months. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of initial purchase if the Service has been used less than 5 times. Outside that window, no refund. Exceptions made at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors.
Account suspension by you.
You may pause your account at any time in Settings — pausing stops billing immediately and freezes your data. Resume anytime; your bankroll, presets, and tracker history are preserved.
Acceptable use.
You agree NOT to: (a) scrape, crawl, or mass-download the Service or its data; (b) reverse-engineer the model or attempt to extract proprietary methodology; (c) resell access, share credentials, or operate commercial services on top of the Service without a license; (d) interfere with the Service's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or harass other users; (e) use the Service in jurisdictions where it would violate local law; (f) misrepresent your affiliation with BallBet. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Intellectual property.
BallBet retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the model, simulations, software, branding, and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share screenshots and individual simulation outputs publicly, provided you credit BallBet.AI.
Your data.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. You retain ownership of any data you provide; we use it only as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Render, Vercel, and Plausible. Their terms and privacy policies govern those services. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or breaches of third-party services, though we will work to restore Service promptly when issues arise.

Service provided “as is.”
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
No guarantee of outcomes.
BallBet outputs are modeled probabilities, not predictions. Past simulation outputs do not predict future betting outcomes. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.
Not financial or gambling advice.
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, or gambling advice. The Service is a research and analytics tool. Consult appropriate licensed professionals for personalized advice.
Data accuracy.
We obtain data from MLB Stats API, Statcast, and licensed sportsbook feeds. We work to keep this data accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or current. Sportsbook lines change constantly; the displayed line may differ from what's available at any given moment.
Limitation of liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BALLBET AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, GAMBLING WINNINGS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BALLBET IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BallBet from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Termination.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that harms other users or the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling and requesting deletion in Settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described above.
Governing law & disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Miami, Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Exceptions: either party may bring small-claims actions in their local jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email and posted here at least 14 days before taking effect. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
